Ministries

Church of the Ascension is actively engaged in and dedicated to ministering to the spiritual, developmental and vital needs of our North Minneapolis community. This ministry is manifested in many forms: our weekly masses in English and Spanish, religious formation, outreach to those in need, our monthly Peace Dinners, and many other programs and projects.

One of the most essential ministries of our parish is Ascension Catholic Grade School, a K-8 school that provides students from throughout our community with an education that is second to none in the Twin Cities.
